Research Interest
My research is focused on the characterization of drug compounds for their drug metabolism and pharmacokinetics (DMPK) properties in support of drug discovery. My research can be divided into three main areas:
- Profiling of DMPK properties for small molecule leads and drug candidates during drug discovery
- Elucidation of the mechanistic factors governing the DMPK characteristics of drug compounds
- Bioanalytical method development and bioanalysis using LC-MS/MS in support of drug discovery
