The future society is a network society that requires knowledge-based diversification, convergence and expertise. In response to the transformation, Korea University installed the Dept. of Mathematical Data Sciences in 2021, and has expanded and restructured it to the Graduate School of Convergence Science.
The Graduate School of Convergence Science has led Korea’s applied science field by producing experts in various fields ranging from medical physics and medical imaging engineering to food science and biotechnology and sports medicine. In the era led by big data and artificial intelligence technologies, we are providing support to students so that they can develop intensive academic knowledge and developing individual expertise.
