The Korea University Sejong Industry-Academic Cooperation Foundation had very small beginnings.
Although it started out as a small enterprise in 2004 as part of the Industry-Academic Cooperation Office rather than the Sejong Industry-Academic Cooperation Foundation, it has literally become a remarkable company, with the total research budget now reaching KRW 64 billion. Since the launch of the independent corporation in June 2016, the extensive organizational expansion and reorganization and steady performance have been achieved through the joint efforts of all Sejong Campus members.
In addition to research support, the Sejong Industry-Academic Cooperation Foundation also carries out work to expand industry-academia cooperation infrastructure and revitalize industry-academia cooperation in the local community.
Now, our Sejong Industry-Academic Cooperation Foundation wants to be reborn as a cradle of creativity and innovation that can promote people-centered scientific and technological development. In addition, we will do our best to serve as a research management platform that systematically supports practical research required by society and the future.
