Accordingly, we would like to continue this proud tradition. By reinterpreting the concept of service in line with the times, we will be reborn as practical intellectuals of the new era who think deeply with our heads and act nimbly with our feet. In addition, by holding noblesse oblige in our hearts and acting with a reverent attitude toward all mankind beyond class and generation, we will once again leap forward as a respected university and a university that is helpful to society.

Now, we ancient people want to advance into a bigger world through the tradition and innovation of Beopgo Changsin. Thus, in the new era, people from around the world will join us and the eyes of the world will turn to us. Korea University, which was a leader in modernization, will now become a leader in globalization, and its foundation will be consideration and understanding of world culture and humanity.
