School Regulations
Article 25 (Time Limits for Course Completion), Article 58 (Early Graduation: General)
Definition
Shortening the time limit for course completion for graduation as stipulated under the national law or school regulations
Eligibility
- Students who have no F grade from all courses completed (including those retaken)
- Students who have completed 108 credits or more from their fifth through sixth semesters (112 credits for the department/division/school requiring more than 135 credits and 117 credits for the department/division/school requiring more than 140 credits for graduation)
- Students with overall GPA of at least 3.85 where GPAs are based on all grades received including courses retaken and/or withdrawn
Graduation Requirements
- Students requesting early graduation must meet all the graduation requirements stipulated by each college/division/school
- Students are disqualified from graduating early if the conditions and requirements for early graduation stipulated in the Constitution and Academic Regulations are not met
(If the student’s early graduation is canceled or disqualified, the student must register and complete the regularly required number of semesters (eight semesters or more)) - Students requesting early graduation must have achieved an overall GPA of at least 4.00
Conditions for Eligibility
- Students who have never received an academic warning
- Transfer students excluded
- Students who have not received any F grades (applicable to grades from 2003)
- Students subject to the following are not eligible for early graduation
- Students affiliated with the Department of Architecture at the College of Engineering, College of Medicine, Department of Cyber Defense, and College of Pharmacy
- Transfer students
- Students with an academic warning on their record
