Definition
Withdrawal applies to students who intend to voluntarily withdraw from studies
Application Procedure
Students must obtain and complete the application form for withdrawal from the administration office of the affiliated department at the affiliated college, get seals from the guarantor, and submit the document to the administration office of the affiliated department
Enrollment Fee Refund
- When the rationale for return occurs within 30 days from the commencement of semester: Amount equivalent to five-sixth of the tuition
- When the rationale for return occurs within after 31 days and before 60 days from the commencement of semester: Amount equivalent to two-thirds of the tuition
- When the rationale for return occurs within after 61 days and before 90 days from the commencement of semester: Amount equivalent to half of the tuition
- Enrollment fee is not refunded when the rationale for the refund occurs after 91 days from the commencement of semester
