Changing Affiliation

Students who have passed for affiliation change after completing four semesters in Sejong Campus can change their majors to other departments in Seoul Campus, and have their degrees conferred from the changed departments

• Students affiliated with Sejong Campus who have registered for four semesters or more and acquired (scheduled to acquire) 67 credits or more (application only once during enrollment)
• Students of whom the GPA up to a semester immediately after the screening is 3.75 or higher
• Students who have obtained TOEI 800, TOEFL (IBT) 96 or TEPS 800 points or more within two years from the application for affiliation change between campuses
• In case a student who is enrolled in the fourth registered semester does not apply for affiliation change, the eligibility for affiliation change is lost from the fifth semester (However, if the application for affiliation change is not made in the fourth registered semester by reason of a leave of absence, the affiliation change can be applied for in the fifth semester)
• From the sixth semester, the eligibility to apply for affiliation change is lost

Application in fall semester each year

• Application for affiliation change can be made only to the departments (divisions) to which students with affiliation change are allocated among the general transfer students of Seoul Campus in the year of application
• The College of Medicine and the College of Education are not subject to application
• Students can apply for affiliation change also to the departments (divisions) of Seoul Campus that are the same or similar to their majors in Sejong Campus
• Students can apply for affiliation change to the departments (divisions) with quota regardless of their first majors

The quota for students with affiliation change is determined according to the quota for general transfer students of Seoul Campus in the year of application

1. 1st Screening: Academic records and official English test results (TOEIC, TOEFL or TEPS)
2. 2nd Screening: Document screening and interview scores combined

• For the general education course, the completion requirements of the respective departments (divisions) of Sejong Campus before affiliation change must be met
• After affiliation change, students must complete the basic major curriculum and meet the graduation requirements according to the curriculum of the new department (division)
• The credits obtained, academic records and completion status prior to affiliation change are maintained after affiliation change
