Definition
Students paying enrollment fees to obtain credits during vacations other than general semesters
- Summer/winter session registration and course taking not included in the Academic Regulations Article 35(1) Frequency of Registration and Article 36 Time Limits for Course Completion
Application Period
Max. 6 credits per semester (students on leave of absence also allowed to apply)
Enrollment Fee Payment
- For tuition details, refer to the notice of tuition payment for summer/winter session
- Log in to the course registration system (http://sugang.korea.ac.kr) and click “Information on Tuition Payment for Summer/Winter Session”
- Transfer fees to a virtual account by course (nationwide branches of Hana Bank, Internet banking, phone banking, ATMs, bank transfer, etc.)
- As account numbers vary by course, deposit fees to the account number that corresponds to the course for registration
- The bank and account holder for deposit are marked as Hana Bank and the applicant. Enrollment fee can be paid to the counter by 4 in the afternoon, and through Internet banking all day long
Course Registration Withdrawal (Refund)
Withdrawal of summer/winter session application using Registration/Course menu in http://portal.korea.ac.krduring course registration withdrawal period
(new application by students on credit exchange program who do not have the portal ID)

- Course registration withdrawal cannot be processed under any circumstances after the withdrawal period has passed, and the courses for withdrawal application cannot be corrected or the application cannot be withdrawn
Note
- If registration is not completed within the specified period, the course registration is automatically canceled, and tuition cannot be paid subsequently
- Tuition for the courses closed according to the Internal Regulations for Selection of Courses for Closing (General Education: Less than 20 students, Major: Less than 10 students, etc.) is refunded to the account of the respective student
