Definition
Students register for additional credits as they failed to obtain the credits necessary for graduation although the time limits for course completion have passed
- Academic Regulations Article 36 (Time Limits for Course Completion): 4 years (8 semesters), Dept. of Architecture at the College of Engineering: 5 years (10 semesters), College of Medicine: 6 years (12 semesters)
Enrollment Fee Payment
- Print out the bill during the specified period.
Print Bill - Remit the exact total payment amount including other payments to the virtual account number at Hana Bank (It must be checked that the name of recipient is that of the student) specified on the bill at any bank windows across the country and ATMs, or through the Internet banking or phone banking (account transfer, deposit)
Hana Bank account holders can also make payment in the following method
- A. Hana Bank website -> Personal Internet banking -> Utility bill -> Tuition -> Select school -> Enter student number
- B. Hana Bank ATM, phone banking -> Utility bill -> Tuition -> Select school -> Enter student number
- For detailed payment method, refer to the notice on the website or portal during the respective period
- For enrollment fee payment in installments, refer to the notice on installment payment of enrollment fees by enrolled students
Tuition Reduction
- Eligibility
- Students subject to registration for nine undergraduate semesters or more and enrolled to courses for less than nine credits
- For Dept. of Architecture at the College of Engineering, those subject to registration for 11 semesters or more
- For students of dual degree programs, those subject to registration for three semesters or more after commencement of the dual degree program
- For transfer students, those subject to registration for five semesters or more
- Students subject to registration for five general/professional graduate school semesters or more and enrolled to courses for less than three credits
- For integrated master’s and doctorate degree courses of graduate school, those subject to registration for nine semesters or more
- Students who have completed graduate school courses are excluded
- Students subject to registration for six special graduate school semesters or more (seven semesters for summer/winter sessions) and enrolled to courses for less than three credits
- Application for tuition reduction menu not displayed for students other than those specified above
- Students subject to registration for nine undergraduate semesters or more and enrolled to courses for less than nine credits
- Application to the tuition reduction type that matches the applicant’s course registrations for credits

Payment Amount
- Courses below Bachelor’s Degree
- For 1 to 3 credits, one sixth of the enrollment fee for the semester
- For 4 to 6 credits, one third of the enrollment fee for the semester
- For 7 to 9 credits, half of the enrollment fee for the semester
- For 10 credits or more, the entire enrollment fee for the semester
- Courses above Master’s Degree
- For 1 to 3 credits, half of the enrollment fee for the semester
- For 4 credits or more, the entire enrollment fee for the semester
Note
Students not completing enrollment or taking a leave of absence during the enrollment period are removed from the school register due to non-enrollment or non-return
