Article 35 of Section 3, Academic Regulations Subsection 3, Section 2 of Chapter 6
Definition
A student who designed a major by including the majors of three or more departments and obtained the minimum required credits while completing the first major during enrollment is awarded the second degree at graduation with the designed major as the second major
Eligibility
- Students (current students) assigned to the first major and registered for 3 or more semesters (transfer students registered for 2 or more semesters)
- Students on leave of absence cannot apply
- Even if you take a leave of absence (leave of absence during the semester) after the announcement of your acceptance, your acceptance will be cancelled.
- Period of enrollment for students in the current semester: 1st semester (3.1~7.31), 2nd semester (9.1~1.31 of the following year)
- Applicants who have passed the second major (dual, convergence, student design) or have applied for engineering certification are not eligible to apply.
- However, if a successful candidate for the second major or an applicant for engineering certification wishes to reapply, contact the university affiliated with the first major in advance.
- If you give up and reapply after passing the second major, you can apply only once. If you reapply and are not accepted, you must complete the advanced major of the first major.

Application Procedures and Screening
- Recommendation by advisor for the student-designed major
- Deliberation by the Curricular Deliberation Committee
- Approval by the President
