Article 36, Academic Regulations Chapter 7, Section 2
Definition
Students who meet the graduation requirements completing the curriculum of the first major program of another department (division)
Eligibility
- Students who have completed at least 102 credits (34 credits for transfer students with a bachelor’s degree)
- Students who have achieved an overall GPA of at least 2.50 including F grades
- Students enrolled during the semester concerned (students who have been approved for a dual degree not permitted to apply for another dual degree)

March (spring semester), September (fall semester)

Application Procedure
- Selection Criteria: Academic records, study plan and evaluation criteria of each department or major

Target Departments
- Excluded Departments (Division/School): Departments of Law, Medicine, Nursing, Pharmacy and Cyber Security
- Restricted College (Division/School): Applicants for the College of Education must be enrolled in the College of Education
- Additional Notes: Applicants for the College of Health Science must be affiliated with the School of Biomedical Engineering, School of Biosystem and Biomedical Science, School of Health and Environmental Science, or School of Health Policy and Management However, all College of Health Science students who were admitted to University between 2006 and 2013 are not eligible to apply (Students from the departments of the College of Health Science (Departments of Biomedical Science, Radiologic Science, Physical Therapy, Dental Laboratory Science and Engineering, Healthcare Management, Food and Nutrition, Environmental Health, and Biomedical Engineering) not eligible for application) For the College of Health Science (departments subject to the adjustment of demand and supply of health and medical human resources including the Departments of Biomedical Science, Radiologic Science, Physical Therapy, and Division of Dental Laboratory Science and Engineering), students can complete the curriculum as a dual degree but are not given the eligibility for the National Examination

- Humanities and Natural Sciences: Document screening and interview (English interview for the Division of International Studies)
- Art and Physical Education: Document screening and interview or practical examination Application Fee, Interviews, Announcement of Successful Applicants, etc. - Refer to Academic Calendar
